Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS with collaboration of National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), Japan is organizing a symposium which features academic, oral and poster presentations from both UTP and KOSEN top academicians and students. The symposium consists of Technical Lectures, delivered by prominent lecturers & professors, Poster Presentations from 20 teams each of UTP and KOSEN and International Mobility experiences of both institutions.  


The symposium topics inclusive of:

  • Robotics & Automation
  • Engineering
  • Computer & Information Technology
  • Biochemistry
  • Agriculture


Through discussions among the presenters and participants, the symposium will provide an overview of the latest findings in various research fields, and clarify challenges for future research and development of new technology.

In addition, the symposium will also provide young researchers and students an opportunity to present their research findings, with the aim of not only creating a platform for information exchange with other participants, but promoting more opportunities to help them become the creative engineers of both Malaysia and Japan.
